Board of Assessors

The Board of Assessors is composed of three members appointed by the Select Board, serving 3 year staggered terms. The Board of Assessors determine the full and fair cash valuation of all real property in the Town. Additional responsibilities include personal property assessments, property tax and motor vehicle abatements and personal exemptions.
