For those forms not available through our on-line permitting system, please mail all applications to the Town Hall, P.O. Box 1492, Lanesborough, MA 01237. Checks should be made payable to the Town of Lanesborough. Please note that permits will not be issued until fee is paid in full.
Inspector of Buildings Fee Schedule
Building Permit (1 or 2 Family Dwelling) - This permit must now be filed through the on-line permitting system
Building Permit (Other than 1 or 2 Family Dwelling) - This permit must now be filed through the on-line permitting system
Temporary Construction Dumpster Permit Application - These applications are filed on-line with the Fire Department
Electrical Work Permit Application - This permit must now be filed through the on-line permitting system
