Part-time Electrical and Gas and Plumbing Inspectors work with the Building Inspector.

Electrical and Gas & Plumbing Permits are available through our online permitting system.

• For Oil Burning/Propane/Underground Storage Permits please contact the Fire Chief at (413) 443-2321  Please mail or hand deliver Underground Storage Permit Applications to the Town Clerk. 
• For Smoke Detector/CO2 Permits please contact Tom Rathbun at (413) 443-2321.
