Who doesn’t like eating out with friends?

The Community Lunch program provides delicious nutritionally balance meals as well as conversation and entertainment.  Yes, we have Bingo before lunch on Thursdays at 11am.

A $3 donation is requested.  To reserve a spot at the table please call before 11 am the day before.    413-448-2682

Meals-on-Wheels
If you find that you are housebound and would like to have nutritious meals delivered to your door, let us know and we will connect you with the Meals on Wheels Program. Call the COA Director at (413) 448-2648. You are not eligible for Meals on Wheels if you are able to drive.

Seniors Produce from Heart and Soil Farm

Fresh vegetables are delivered throughout the growing season thanks to an AARP grant and the hard work planting and harvesting of Kristen Tool and her family.  This is free to the senior community thanks to an AARP Grant through the CoA.  Home delivery is also available.  kristentool@gmail.com for information.

 

VFW Pantry

The VFW Pantry is located in Berkshire Village, on Old State Road, near to Route 8.  They provide seniors with special hours on Thursday mornings from 9 to 11 am for grocery pick up.  The offers a wide range of canned and packaged goods, fresh vegetables in season, plus fresh meats and dairy.  Also, nice cakes and cookies and pies!  Bring a box and sign up at the desk before taking food.

 

Pot Luck Dinner

This is a long standing tradition, Sunday afternoon pot luck at the Community Room.  Bring a dish, play some games, have some fun.  The last Sunday of the month from 2pm to 3:30pm. No reservation necessary.
