Ocean Street and G Street Main Improvements Project
For this construction project, the District’s hired contractor Jack Goncalves and Sons, Inc. will be installing water main within Ocean St and G St. The work that will affect your property is anticipated to occur
Monday, May 6th through Friday, June 28th
Installation of pipe will begin at Sunrise Street mid-week and will work its way down G Street then Ocean Street. Once all mainline pipe is laid and tested the contractor will go back to connect each water service. Expected work hours are from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. This schedule is subject to change due to weather conditions.
During pipe installation (anticipated 2 weeks) residents will have access from either Bull Hill Road or Sunrise Street depending on the location of the crew. Before driveways are temporarily blocked by equipment or trenching the Contractor will give residents the opportunity to move their vehicles.
Emergency vehicles will always be given access.
