The mission of the Town Manager's Office is to provide quality services to all Lanesborough residents, businesses and visitors and to ensure that the resources of the Town are utilized efficiently and effectively. Toward these ends, the office's goals are to be responsive, transparent and ethical in all areas.
The Town Manager is the Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Procurement Officer for the Town, under the direction of the Board of Selectmen. The duties of this office include overseeing the day-to-day operations of Town Government, advising upon and administering the policies and procedures of the Board of Selectmen, preparing agendas for all Board of Selectmen meetings and attending Select Board meetings, working with the various departments to coordinate the annual budget process, and representing the interests of the Town to other levels of government.
Please note: There are no Retail Marijuana licenses available at this time in Lanesborough. Marijuana cultivation and manufacture licenses are still available.
