PLANNING BOARD

 

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the Lanesborough Zoning Bylaw that a public hearing for site plan review will be held by the Lanesborough Planning Board via video conference in accordance with Governor Charlie Baker's March 10th Executive Order suspending portions of the Open Meeting Law on Monday, June 8 at 6:00 PM. The Board will review the following application:

 

35 North Main Street: Liberty Market Properties, LLC is proposing conversion of the site into a marijuana retail establishment for the property at 35 North Main Street Asessor’s Parcel 105-10.

Planning Board

 

The Planning Board is composed of five-members elected for staggered 5-year terms. The Planning Board is responsible for the upkeep of the Zoning By-law and for the generation of a Master Plan for the Town. It is also the Special Permit Granting Authority for several zoning activities as outlined in the Zoning By-Law. The Board works closely with other boards and commissions to guide the development and preservation of the Town's geographic resources. Please email the Town Secretary or call (413) 442-1167 (ext. 20) if you wish to be added to an upcoming Agenda.  Application forms are located on the left sidebar and must be filed with the Town Clerk.
