Possible Tax Burden as of 1/11/2023

The below tax burden estimates for the proposed Public Safety Complex were analyzed based on a USDA 40 year loan at 3.7% interest.  The total project cost estimates are at 5.9 million dollars, with 1 million in funding through a State Bond. The below figures are based on the 4.9 million possible taxpayer burden after subtracting the Bond funding. More funding sources are being pursued.
