Cemetery Commission

The Cemetery Commission is composed of three members appointed by the Board of Selectmen for three year year staggered terms.  Lanesborough has four cemeteries: 

• Center Cemetery
• Mountain View Cemetery
• Pettibone Cemetery
• Talcott Cemetery

Plots are sold by the Cemetery Commission. The Commission is actively involved with restoration work in Center Cemetery on North Main Street. If you are a Lanesborough resident and wish to purchase a plot, or if you have any questions about policy or wish to volunteer in our restoration projects, please email the Committee.
